Eat in or Pig Out

It's all about authenticity here at Q. And that means you can't classify us under "fast food." There's simply nothing fast about real, authentic southern-style barbeque. These meats are cooked on low for hours and hours until the smoky flavour permeates every sinew.

Follow the tantalizing barbeque aroma through our front door and order up a po' boy, a rack of pork or beef ribs or a basket of spicy wings. And don't forget the sides - creamy mac n' cheese, fluffy yellow cornbread or maybe grilled peppers and onions to round out your feast. Wash it all down with a glass of wine, a serving or our Lynchberg Lemonade or maybe even a shot o' whiskey if it suits your fancy.

Oh, and if you're extra hungry or by chance you have an army of 12-16 people to feed, book our 200-year old communal table and order up a whole suckling pig, goat or lamb, a half-saddle of beef or a hickory smoked turkey. (Just be sure to give us at least 48 hours notice - like we said, authentic southern barbeque takes time and a whole pig takes even longer.)

At Q, this is as real as it gets. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if you left here with a southern drawl.
